Between white branches covered in rime ice and the mist through which the sun shines, a scene opens up that appears calm and yet impressive. It is this fragile harmony of cold and warmth that makes "Cryolis" a symphony of the elements.

CRYOLIS

Winter forest scene with fog and frosty trees, shot on 35mm negative film; the negative view shows fine grain, reversed contrasts and the unique aesthetic of analog film.
35mm Negativ-Film (Kodak Portra 400)

This image was taken in a way that seems almost nostalgic in the digital age: with a 35mm camera and classic 35mm negative film. The analogue film gives this scene a special soul - the grain of the material, the nuances of the colours, the contrast between light and shadow.

I would be happy if you like this picture as well.
